Near pristine condition- excellent cosmetic and operational condition, but does show a small chipped area on the wheel hub (see highlighted area in close-up); I guarantee this will never be an issue unless being used for extremely heavy duty utilitarian use. Scoured with power wire brushes to remove all rust, hand washed, moving parts lubricated. Ready for installation.
