Refurbished set of 4 late 1800’s industrial casters in an ultra-cool double-wheel design. Swiveling and self-leveling- wheel assembly tilts from side to side, keeping wheels in contact with uneven surfaces. Model No.7 by the Phoenix Caster Company of Indianapolis, IN.
